Lord of the CrookedPaths
by Patrick H Adkins
[Fiction/Fantasy] 472 pages
This imaginative tale sets the pace with the mischievous
and sometimes rebellious romps the goddesses become involved with, enticing
you to turn the next page to see where they are going andwhat they will
do next. Buy it!
--Anne Hill
Set in the time of mythology, this book carries us
into the mists with other remembered lore as we follow the goddesses in
their desire to help and protect the newly discovered race. Fascinating!
You won't be disappointed.
--Stephen Arington
I loved the way the godesses were given human like
qualities, yet were shown to be unlike man in so many ways, their desires
and expectations being different from our needy, life sustaining goals.
I say purchase this one!

The Book of Talyara
byDavid Anderson
The Chronicle of Windwalker
[Fiction /Fantasy] 120 pages
There is much more to this story than magic and
quests. I suspect that David Anderson is trying to convey much more
than a strongly plotted story of magic and other worldliness. His
Hero offers someone who many can readily align themselves with. Very
good buy!
--Ginger White
The Book of Talyara is a very good story, but I did
find some points where the plot needed a little help. All in all,I
did enjoy it and would like to see this author do more. Its worth the money.
--Ralph Slader
I had to read it twice. First time to quickly
get the whole story, the second to take the time to understand the whole
theme. Anderson has many hidden messages here that apply to our society.
This is an up and coming author that we will see more of.Buy, buy, buy!

Chthon byPiers
Anthony
[Science Fiction/Fantasy] 248 pages
What can one say about such a celebrated author?
Even if this was one of his first works, it truly reflects the man's
talent and genius as a writer. I have always enjoyed his books and
this one was no exception. I'm glad to see him bringing some
of his older books back into print. Buy it now!
--Chele Wilson
Great Story! I loved the mythology with the
woman in the forest bit, luring young boys to her and teaching them to
think about their life, not just accept things as they happen. Even
as a man, our hero still wants to see her. It will enrich your reading
experience!
--Robert Fitch
Couldn't put it down. Piers is at his best
when the plot gets difficult and tedious and I found his first work to
be even more of a complex work than some of his later stuff. Excellent!
Do buy!

Refugee
byPiers Anthony
Bio of a Space Tyrant: Volume1
[Science Fiction/Fantasy] 317 pages
Considering how this character became such a tyrant
later on, this is quite a catching and rather contrite side of Hope Hubris.
It clearly shows how circumstances can mold a person's life, depending
on their decisions. You'll love!
--Billie J. Eggert
Refugee was everything I would expect from Piers
Anthony. The author developed his skill very quickly and even his
earlier works left their mark on his audience. I give him both thumbsup,
excellent! I highly recommend!
--Joan Tyler
I read Refugee and found it hard to believe it was
written for another generation because it fits in now so well in the now
established genre. Of course, his works as well as a few others are
what made the genre in the first place, so other writers could find a niche.
Excellent! This one gets my recommendation!
--Tim Workman

Beyond Tommorrow
byClara De Soto
[Fiction/Fantasy]
620 pages
This one surprised me! I wasn't sure
what to expect but I wasn't able to lay it down until I had finished. It
fields a lot of ideas in a constructive way throughout the story and I
think it offers some good answers for problems we face today. Of
course, you need to read some things more slowly to absorb those details, but
I gave this four stars for good writing and plot development! Recommended!
--Andrea Richell
I could visualize those ships hanging in our sky,
guns pointed at our heads! I certainly hope our government can handle
things better in an actual event. Clara is a fine writer and I applaud
her skill and plotting. Four stars for near perfection! Ifyou
want to have a pleasant time reading, buy it!
-- Leon Salvadorre
I usually pass on most of newbie writing, but
there was something catchy about the description so I bought it and read
it. I was never more surprised to pleasantly discover such talent and ability
in a new author! I read it twice and placed it on my bookshelf withmy
favs and hope to see more like it from De Soto. Read this one!

The Tale Bearer's Curse
byJoanie Dingess
[Fiction - ScienceFiction/Fantasy/Horror]
110 pages
Normally I wouldn't go for a collection but this
one stunned me a little! It was written as a story with the selections
being part of the events taking place. Well done! I like the
format and methodology this writer employs and look forward to her nextbook!
Buy! Buy!
--Stephanie Rorste
L
I like! I like! Joanie Dingess wrote about
common ideas but placed them into a magical setting with skill and humor.
Of course some of those ideas were fitting for the setting as you will
see if you buy this one. I encourage you to do that-you won't be
disappointed! She writes skillfully and employs unusual ideas that
new writers should set up and take notice of. If you like the unusual
and enjoy humor, you'll love the selections in this well woven story! Buy
it!
--Ben Garriot
L
Wow! I think I've found a new favorite!
If her next book is as well written as this little quickie, I'm sold!
I loved the humor and funny things that happened in the shorts and the
way this book ends is filled with mysterious hints about the changes taking
place, but I found it intriguing. I'll buy the next book without
question!

AMENRA OF THE SANDS
byAnthony Dozier
THE PHARAOH'S DAUGHTER
[Fiction - Mystery/Suspense/Thriller/Espionage],208
pages
Anthony Dozier has had some fame as a writer already,
but I have to admit, this book grabbed me. It was much more than
I had expected and you won't be disappointed if you buy it! Goget it!
--Rick Bustosaves
Unexpected pleasure! Sounds too historical,
but it really sends you back into the mists of Egyptian myth and legend,
if you like that kind of setting. I do and the power of the hero
makes a dynamic story. I recommend it to all Egyptian lore lovers, buy
it!
--Sheila Mindler
Amenra is truly a sending hero who gets to the
point, me and you! I found this one very lively and inventive.
Dozier has lots of talent and he will be one of those long run authors
if he keeps this up. You won't know what you missed if you pass this
up, but its your loss!
--Ivan Haley
